A.The Silver Package includes your choice of an indoor or outdoor photo session, but not both. B. The Gold Package includes both an indoor and outdoor photo session, but only if both sessions can be held back-to-back on the same date, and weather permitting. 1. A unique digital creation is an image made from one or more photos with significant digital enhancements. (e.g., selective colorization, image overlays, collages, etc.) These are chosen by the photographer and presented to you at proofing. 2. Our wallets are of the highest possible quality. They are bevel-edged, textured, and foil stamped in gold or silver with your name and graduation year. You may select up to two different poses to be used as your wallet prints at no additional charge. If you want to use more than two different poses for your wallet prints, each additional pose over two will cost an additional $15 setup fee. 3. Prints include digital touch-ups and blemish-removal at no additional charge. 4. Slideshow CD contains digital images from your photo session. 5. Your wallets are professionally presented in a black cases, great for taking your prints to school and to family.
The Intimate Package is designed for those having a small or quick wedding (Courthouse Wedding, Weddings Held At A Private Residence With Small Attendance). If your wedding is average or larger, then this package does not apply to you. 1. If your package includes it, you get your choice of an engagement or bridal session to be scheduled prior to your wedding day. If you choose the engagement package, you will receive 2 8x10 prints (one for your wedding welcome table and one for the reception welcome table). I will personally assist you in putting your engagement announcement together and will pay to have it run in the Logan Banner newspaper with two photographs the Sunday before your wedding day. If you choose the bridal session, we will schedule this session about two to one month before your wedding day. The bridal session is fun, personal and it will save you time during your wedding photographs because the bride is already finished! If you want both an engagement and a bridal session, you can add it to any package for $250.00. 2. A Unique Digital creation is an image made from one or more photos with significant digital enhancements (selective color, image overlays, collages, etc). I strive to please my customer, so if you have something specific in mind, please let me know this during your session so that when I am doing your digital creations I can design it according to your wishes. However, the digital creations are the photographer's choice to include with your package. These are not in addition to the package. 3. "Save The Date" cards are designed with your engagement photograph, and can be sent three to two months prior to your wedding to remind guests to reserve your wedding date on their calendar. 4. Slideshow CD contains high-resolution watermarked photographs. If your package includes the copyright release, you can use this photograph to re-print your photos at your discretion. 5. A copyright release form grants you permission to create duplicates of your prints using the print service of your choice. 6. Travel distance is measured from Logan, WV to your wedding location plus the distance from the wedding location to your reception location. We use Google maps to determine the mileage. 7. Unless a time limit is specified, the photographer will be on site until the end of the reception, or until the formalities are completed. 8. Unless your package has a limit, we will take as many special request photographs as you wish. To make this process quicker and simpler (and a lot less stressful on the bride and groom) you should provide us with a written list of SPECIAL photographs you want. We do not need a list of "general" photographs - mom and dad, etc, but all families and friends are different. It is hard when we do not know the people, and we do not want to miss anything on your special day. Also, if there is a certain pose that you like, or a photograph you have seen that you would like to have, we will do our best to deliver that to you. But, if we don't know - we can't do it! Remember that! 9. Prior to the beginning of the wedding, we will take as many photographs of your wedding party, family and friends as possible. This will reduce the time it will take following the wedding, so that you can get your reception as quickly as possible. We will also be sure to capture everyone getting ready for the wedding, especially the bride. Generally, we start photograph 2-3 hours before the wedding depending on the size of your wedding party and family. We will discuss this in length before the wedding. It is critical that the bridal party and family members are informed of the time to be there and that they are ready. We also tend to help on small matters, such as boutonnieres on the groomsmen, etc. Remember, the more we photograph before the wedding, the more time we can focus on the bride and groom after the wedding. Weather permitting; we also like to try to do outdoor shots. 10. If your package includes it, we can set up a backdrop at your reception for everyone to use. Most of your guests will bring their own cameras, so this is very nice to have. Also, if we miss any formal shots at the wedding, this allows us to take those at the reception and retain the formality. 11. Our albums are beautiful and high quality, as well as our prints. 12. If your package includes it, we will provide you with slideshow CDs for your bridal party or family. If not, these additional CDs can be purchased from $40 each.
A. All children and family packages include your choice of either indoor or outdoor photographs, but not both. B. (25) "Thinking of You" Cards with the child's name, date, and age. These are designed to be mailed out to family and friends. Envelopes are included. This allows you to share your photographs without giving up your prints. 4x6 prints with envelopes. C. (25) Baby Announcements, (25) Engagement Announcements, or (25) "Mommy-and-Me" or "Daddy-and-Me" Cards, depending on the type of package ordered. This allows you to share your photographs without giving up your prints. 4x6 prints with envelopes. D. (25) "Thinking of You" Cards from your children, or (40) Family Cards for any holiday such as Christmas or Easter. 4x6 prints with envelopes. E. (50) Holiday Cards, (50) "Our Family" Cards 4x6 prints with envelopes. , or (2) Additional 8x10 Prints of your choice. 1. The Little Angel Package is developed for a one child or individual only. The photographs include both traditional and non-traditional poses. We want our session to be fun as our goal is to capture the child's true personality. Don't be stressed about your child acting up or being a kid, that is what we want. 2. The Together Forever Package is designed for two children, a parent and child, or a couple (e.g., engagement). This package is also considered our maternity package. The photographs include both traditional and non-traditional poses. We strive to capture the love between a parent and child, siblings, and our engagement couples. In this package, we photograph the subjects together as well as individually. 3. The Three Peas In a Pod Package is designed for a child with two parents, three children, or three subjects of choice. This package includes traditional and non-traditional photographs. We photograph all three subjects together as well as individually. 4. The We Are Family Package is designed for a family larger than 8, but no more than 12. This package is a great gift for a family to share. We spend up to four hours with your family both indoor and outdoor. We photograph the family as a whole as well as "families within the family". We photograph children together, parents together, and grandparents. Basically, we are your personal photographer for the day to capture timeless moments of you and your family. 5.
